The management PoE switch is fully Gigabit L2 network switch designed and developed solely for the purpose of building high-performance gigabit network requirement, providing a comprehensive security protection system, Perfect QoS strategy and rich VLAN function, Management and maintenance are simple and can be applied to small and medium enterprises, Core layer of community and school. The 1 to 4 port PoE outputs support BT standard and 5-8 port PoE outputs support AT/AF standard.

Reliability design
STP/RSTP/MSTP two layer link protection technology, greatly improve the ability of fault tolerance, redundancy link, to ensure stable operation of the network; provide static convergence and dynamic aggregation of two kinds of convergence pattern, effectively increase the link bandwidth, improve link reliability, while achieving load balancing, link backup; support multicast management, through the IGMP Snooping technology, effective inhibition of multicast overload caused by network congestion.

PoE features comply with IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards, automatically detect and identify equipment in accordance with IEEE, 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards, and supply power to them; Intelligent power supply management, flexible power supply scheduling, conditions restart, conditional shutdown, adapt to complex office environment applications; POE police function, real-time automatic device on-line detection function, when the lower equipment crashes, automatically restart the port power supply, to ensure rapid restoration of the network, without manual operation.

It features 8 full 2.5G RJ45 ports, providing a comprehensive security protection system, an optimal QoS strategy, and rich VLAN functionality. Management and maintenance are simple, making the Prism MS8P8 suitable for small and medium enterprises, as well as the core layers of community and school networks.

Reliability Design
STP/RSTP/MSTP layer 2 link protection technology in the Prism MS8P8 greatly enhances fault tolerance and link redundancy, ensuring stable network operation. The switch supports both static convergence and dynamic aggregation, effectively increasing link bandwidth, improving reliability, and achieving load balancing and link backup. It also supports multicast management through IGMP Snooping technology, effectively preventing multicast overload and network congestion.
PoE Power Supply
The Prism MS8P8’s PoE features comply with IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards, automatically detecting and identifying compatible devices and supplying power accordingly. It includes intelligent power management, flexible power scheduling, conditional restart, and shutdown options, adapting to complex office environments. The PoE watchdog function in the Prism MS8P8 provides real-time automatic device detection, automatically restarting the port power supply if a connected device crashes, ensuring rapid network recovery without manual intervention.
PrismX™ Controller Key Features:
- Dashboard with real-time analytics including signal quality, client count, wireless latency, channel utilization, network throughput is provided for specific AP/Router, as well as individual wireless clients.
